Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is planned for the future.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within one business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Carriers and delivery time

Standard shipping is sent by USPS. Express delivery by UPS is offered at checkout, for an additional cost that depends on the carrier and destination, whenever it would reach your address sooner than standard shipping. For nearby addresses standard shipping already arrives in a day or two, so express is not offered and you are not charged for it.

Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days for standard shipping and 1 to 3 business days for express, counted from the day the order ships. Exceptional delays can happen on the carrier's side and are outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your destination, so you see the real cost before you pay.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more, before shipping costs. Express delivery is always charged at the carrier's rate.

Signature on delivery

Orders over $500 are shipped with signature confirmation. Someone has to be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully before placing your order. We ship to the address you provide at checkout, and we cannot change it once the label has been created.

Express delivery by UPS is not available for PO Boxes. If your address is a PO Box, choose standard shipping.

Dispatch address

Orders ship from 7525 East Treasure Dr, North Bay Village, FL 33141. We don't have a physical store open to the public, and there is no in-store pickup.
