These terms are an agreement between you and Hackel's Inc. By browsing this store or placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
Hackel's Inc is a store operated by Dennis Manuel Hackel Medrano, 7525 East Treasure Dr, North Bay Village, FL 33141, United States. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Hackel's Inc, and "you" refers to the person using the store.

2. Who can buy
You must be at least 13 years old to use this store.
If you are under 18, you may only place an order with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or guardian accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for the purchase. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these conditions and that you are authorized to use the payment method you enter.
Because our products are collectibles that cannot be resold once they have been opened or repackaged, an order placed by a minor cannot be refunded after it has shipped. It can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it ships, so if an order was placed without your permission, contact us right away and we will cancel it if it has not yet left us.
3. Our products
Authenticity. Every product we sell is genuine. We do not sell counterfeit, reproduction, or proxy cards. If you believe an item you received is not authentic, contact us and we will provide evidence of its authenticity, including the packaging, print, and card quality, which differ clearly from a counterfeit.
Photographs. Product photographs are for reference. They show the product you are buying, but the specific copy, print run, or packaging variant you receive may look slightly different from the image.
Condition. We do not use grading or condition scales such as "mint" or "near mint" in our listings. Relevant details about a product's condition, when there are any, are written in its description.
Randomized contents. Sealed packs, boxes, and similar products contain randomized cards. We cannot tell you what is inside a sealed product, and the contents are not guaranteed to include any particular card.
4. Prices, stock, and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. The shipping cost and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
We charge card payments through Square. Your card details go directly to Square and are never stored on our servers.
Prices and availability are confirmed by our server at the moment you pay, not by your browser. Occasionally an item sells out between the time you add it to your cart and the time you check out, or a price is published in error. In either case we may cancel the affected order or item before shipping and refund you in full. We will contact you if that happens.
To keep stock available to as many collectors as possible, an order may include at most 20 units of the same product and 30 different products.
5. Preorders
Preorder items are charged when you place the order and ship when the product is released or arrives in stock. The release dates we publish come from the distributor and can change.
A preorder can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once it ships, our returns and refund policy applies in full.
6. Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Delivery times, carriers, free shipping, and signature requirements are described in our shipping policy.
All sales are final once an order has shipped. Cancellations before shipment, damaged or incorrect items, and non-delivery claims are described in our returns and refund policy. Both policies form part of these terms.
7. Using this store
You agree not to use this store to break the law, to attempt to gain access to accounts, systems, or data that are not yours, to interfere with how the site works, or to place orders with a payment method you are not authorized to use. We may cancel an order, refuse service, or limit quantities when we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or resale in breach of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The text, graphics, and layout of this store belong to Hackel's Inc and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Hackel's Inc is an independent store and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or any other rights holder. All product names, trademarks, and card images are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The store and its content are provided as they are. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, and we make no guarantee about the future market value of any collectible.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under law that cannot be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost collecting opportunity.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or to an order will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. If we make a significant change we will say so on the store, and the date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
